The 6-8 week sessions are a good fit for anyone who is looking to jump start your fitness routine or to supplement your current workouts. Workouts are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and the program is especially great for those wanting to workout outdoors with friends in a small, fun, and motivating environment.

I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I start by taking measurements and performing fitness assessments. You set your goals for the program. We work together to achieve these goals through twice weekly fitness sessions and continuous wellness coaching.
My passion is fitness and nutrition. I have over 12 years of experience in group fitness and personal training, teaching classes both inside and outside of the gym. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and have a certificate in Weight Management and Body Composition. I will show you the best exercises and will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. I hope that you will learn to love fitness as much as I do. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Classes take place at my home in Alanton unless noted.
Fit Love Winter
The winter session begins on January 7 and runs through March 27.
Tuesday/Thursday 6:15-7:15 am
Wednesday/Friday 9:15-10:15 am
(*No classes the weeks of February 3 and March 2)
Get 10 weeks of workouts - $225 for current members, $250 for new members.
Choose one day to work out as either a new fitness routine, or as a supplement to your current workout schedule.
$180 for 10 classes.

Fit Love Kids and Tweens
This is a program to introduce our kids to working out and to help them develop their own love for fitness. Fit Love Kids is for 8 to 10 year olds and Fit Love Tweens is for 11 to 13 year olds. The 45 minute workouts will be similar in format to traditional Fit Love strength and cardio circuits, but tailored to kids and tweens. We will focus on body weight and resistance band exercises and learn proper form.
Fit Love Kids/Tweens session are scheduled based on interest and availability. Please contact me for more information.
