Workouts are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and the program is especially great for those wanting to workout outdoors with friends in a small, fun, and motivating environment.

I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I start by taking measurements and performing fitness assessments. You set your goals for the program. We work together to achieve these goals through twice weekly fitness sessions and continuous wellness coaching.
My passion is fitness and nutrition. I have over 12 years of experience in group fitness and personal training, teaching classes both inside and outside of the gym. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and have a certificate in Weight Management and Body Composition. I will show you the best exercises and will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adopting new fitness habits is difficult and often fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. I hope that you will learn to love fitness as much as I do. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Fit Love has continued to operate safely throughout the pandemic.
Science has proven that exercise can help boost our immune system and increase our resistance to infection. Social connectedness also helps make us happier, more motivated, and less stressed. Fit Love checks the box for both of these things!

Our next outdoor, socially distant session starts on Tuesday, March 16 and runs for 10 weeks. (No classes on the week of April 5)

Tuesday/Thursday 6:15-7:15am (2 spots available)
Wednesday/Friday 9:30-10:30am (1 spot available)
Cost- $200 current members, $225 new members
Choose one day to work out as either a new fitness routine, or as a supplement to your current workout schedule.
$150 for 10 classes.

Fit Love Kids and Tweens
This is a program to introduce our kids to working out and to help them develop their own love for fitness. Fit Love Kids is for 8 to 10 year olds and Fit Love Tweens is for 11 to 13 year olds. The 45 minute workouts will be similar in format to traditional Fit Love strength and cardio circuits, but tailored to kids and tweens. We will focus on body weight and resistance band exercises and learn proper form.
Fit Love Kids/Tweens session are scheduled based on interest and availability. Please contact me for more information.
